Approved I-130

My mom is a green card holder and she filled for me I-130, she filled it on the date (Birth Date) when I got 21 years old .
My case Approved since 2009 and NVC sent a letter for me to my country ISRAEL, apologizing of not giving me a visa number because the number of visas according to the applicants is short. So I’m still waiting my priority date as they gave me on June 26th, 2006. But what I’m asking that my mom went three times to USA and she’s now in ISRAEL ,does this opposed my case ?? and what can I do if this opposed my case of not having my green card because I’m waiting since 2006 ?? I’m really in need of any help to make this go to the right side.

You're in F2B category even at the time your petition was filed because you were already 21 yrs old (even right on your bday) so NV couldn't have given you a visa right away. Anyway current processing for F2B is Sep 15, 2004 (so 2 more yrs approx for you). Your mother should meet the domicile reqt at the time the your case is about to be current. Another question please. Mom now attend to enter USA but some said that she needs an execuse for being five years outside USA. Also she was having medical serguries and having medicines and now she feels better and want to enter USA and stay till my priority date.

She can apply for Returning Resident Visa. Read about it very well because it can be denied based on certain conditions. Good luck. Keep us updated.
