Hi Guys,

I have one concern. My Mom has Green Card and she stayed out side of US less then 2 years (Due to Health issue), Now my mom wants to come US. I heard its gonna be issue because she didn't apply extension before she left. My questions is, Please guide me how i can solve this problem. What should i do.

Since she has a valid reason, she should be able to apply for a Returning Resident (SB-1) immigrant visa at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in the country where is currently staying.
