Total Fees for applying Family Based Greencard (F4)

Hello,
I plan to apply for greencard for my sister (and her family). I see that the initial fees is $420 (for the whole family) for the I130 form. Is there any other initial fees? What about the fees once the GreenCard has been accepted? I know it is going to take 12 - 13 years before the greencard comes, but can you give some idea how much does it cost at that time (approximate?).

When they are about to get green card, there are additional fees for immigrant visa. /usa-immigrant-visa-fees/
