DS 230- Where to send this form?

I must fill DS 230 form, does anybody knows where to submit this form?
I could not found info!

That varies based on which Consulate/Embassy the interview will be at. For some people, it is sending to NVC. For others, they have to carry it to the interview.

I send the DS 2032 form yesterday, it seems they will send me instruction after recieving it.
