Hello, I'm new here and don't know exactly how to proceed , but here we go,my daughter will turn 21 soon and she will be able to apply for my GC, but the thing is she still in college and don't make money enough to be my sponsor. I have a good friend, American born and very wealthy , he will be glad to help us, is there a way to use him as a joint sponsor in the processes ? if yes, can I apply for my under 21 son and wife at the same time, thanks

Originally posted by mtouch View PostNo. You cannot apply for anyone since you yourself don't have legal status yet in the US. Your daughter can file separately at the same time for you, your wife (if she's your daughter's mother), and your son (if he's the sibling of your daughter). Otherwise, you have to wait til you become a GC holder before you can petition your wife & son.
