Household Member

Form I864A refers to a household member. I'm not sure who that is referring to. My daughter is a US citizen living abroad who is returning tothe US and will be sponsoring her husband. I will be a joint sponsor. Is the household member the immigrant (my son-in-law) or my daughter (the sponsor), on the form I complete in which I am the joint sponsor.
