Hi,
My EB2 I140 was filed on Aug 3, 2012 at TSC. Few weeks back I got a message from USCIS that my case has been transferred to California Service Center. The exact message from USCIS is as follows:-
"On September 19, 2012, we transferred this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made"
As per knowledge CSC does not process I140 cases. As per the forums the transfer mostly happens between TSC and nebraska. Not sure why my case has been transferred to CSC. Any thoughts?
