I'm a new member. First, I'm thanking immihelp.com for making this website/forum available. QUESTION: I understand that I-140 for outstanding professor does not need labor cert. Is this really the case? If yes, will a labor cert boost, have no effect on, or harm the petition? Please reply and thank you upfront.
