Hi,
my friend is here on H1b right now.
He is looking to get permanent resident, but long time ago, a immigration document
filled out and signed by someone else (immigration "broker") had wrong information.
he had no idea what so ever until
USCIS sent him a letter saying that there is a difference in the education background provided to them back in the old
application and the new one.
i did some research online, and found that fraud / misrepresentation is met
when the person knew of the falsity of the information and knowingly / willingly
submitted the document to the government.
am i right? is this guy good to go?
