I-140 case status backwards

I have a I-140 petition which has been approved base on the case status on-line on January 18,2013. I called NCSC to confirm this approval, their agent told me that the petiotn has been approved, and a approval notice will be sent out in 30 days. Later at the same day, the case status changed to Post Decision Activity, they also said an approval notice has been sent out.
However, today when I checked the the status, it backwards to Initial Review. I placed a phone call to NCSC and was told that the case has never been approved, it is still pending, no approval notice has been sent out at all.

Has any friend had this kind of experience? What should i do!!!?

That is very strange. Did you sign up for email alerts for every time your case status changes? It would have been very helpful in your case.
