My employer has applied for my GC and I have obtained by I140 approval under EB3. My H1 quota of 6 years got finished in July 2012. After that I got 3 years extension based on my I140 approval. Now my H1 is expiring in May 2015.
If I change my employer (for another permanent position) at this time and my new employer transfers my H1.
Will my new employer have to apply my GC right away to do h1 transfer ?
Till how much time I might get H1 extension with new employer during H1b transfer is it still my current h1 time (May 2015) or any time frame depends on USCIS decision ?
Or
H1b transfer is not eligible , as I got H1 extension based on my current employer I-140.
If my new employer is ready to sponser GC under EB2, can he port my EB3 priority date !, i see in theards it can , but want to confirm.
