Not sure if this is already asked before. I could not find and if this was asked sometime ago, please reply with a link.
I am on H1 and my company is big multinational company. Filed I-140 in Dec 2012. PD is in Jun 2012.
I am at Sr Engineer position and now under same director and about 70-80% similar role (job description), I am getting a Staff Engineer position within same organization (under different manager).
I have not accepted offer yet. Need to do that soon.
I am wondering, after accepting, can I continue with current I-140 and PD. I do not want to get everything redone (wage stuff, job adv., I-140, etc.) and/or loose PD.
I know that I may need to file for H1 amend.
Can anyone please comment or share experience?
