    Revoked I-140, can we re-apply or re-open?

    Hi,

    I am on my 7th year of H1b. My I-140 was revoked by company A when I joined company B. Company B laid me off and now I am thinking of joining my company A. Will they be able to re-open or re-apply for my I-140 again? If so, what is the process to be followed? Please explain.
