Hi to all,
I applied for EB1 Premium Processing from the United States, my lawyer told me he applied more than a month ago, and I still didn't get a receipt or nothing from the immigration, and the checks for Premium Processing and for Adjustment of Status are still not cashed. I called my lawyer several times and he told me that they are looking at the case, but all of that is taking too much time and I don't know what to do. If someone can tell me some advice, I would be grateful. Is it possible that it's taking so much time for receipt?
