I have a approved I140 in EB3 with PD 2010. Now, I have got a better offer with better position
My concern is, do I need to go through filling of labor and 140 again? Can i keep my I-140 PD? Also, another question of mine was lets say I am in company "X" and want to go company "Y" can i file for H1 transfer and Labor approval for company "Y" while still working for company "X"? Please help me!
