H1 transfer to 2nd and 3rd companies with I-140 from 1st company

Hi

I have an approved I-140 from Company A under EB3 and on H1B extension beyond 6 yrs; already stayed 7.5hrs. My visa is getting extended based on Company A I-140. As my priority date is now current for EB2 and Company A will not upgrade from EB3 to EB2, I am looking for a change but I have few questions

i) Will I get an approval on H1B transfer when I apply for Company B based on I-140 from Company A? If so, will I get visa for 3 yrs?
ii) for some reason if I couldn't apply GC in EB2 with Company B and want to move it to Company C after 3-6months of stay in Company B, can I apply for H1B transfer based on I-140 from Company A?

Please advice as I do not want to jeopardize my stay in US. thanks in advance.
