i-140 applied, not approved, need to change employer

my current employer applied i-140, not approved yet. now my end client offers me full time. dont know what should i do. if i take the offer, what about my priority date and my h-1. is that possible to take the offer? please advise.

As long as its been more than 180 days since I-485 is filed you should be fine and should be able to port the priority date.
