hello, i am new to this site but I would really appreciate any help and advice on my case:
I filed EB2 and my PERM was certified 2/13/13, I submitted I-140 and I 485 in May 2013 and last month received RFE for I-140. My job title is Counselor/therapist and PERM indicated I had 3 months experiences working with Asian immigrants. I obtained the experience letter from my previous employer, who only indicated that I had experience with people from culturally diverse backgrounds; they said they cannot verify if its Asian people since it's 7 years ago. Now my attorney has concern that USCIS might request further clarification on this if we response to RFE with Culturally Diverse Backgrounds instead of specifically working with Asian people. What should I do? Will CSCIS deny my I-140 just because of this? I am so stressed out about this and need any suggestion or advice.
