We finally received the RFE notice in hand and it asked for experience letters to show 24 months experience that we had put on PERM (MS + 2 years). We have experience from these former employments
1. 9 months in previous company
2. 26 months as Graduate Assistant from University, during MS degree
3. 12+ months experience outside USA after completing bachelors degree
My experience with current employer is 1 year 7 months at the time of PERM filing.
Do these cumulative months qualify for the 24 months experience letter requirements? I am able to get letters from all the former employers.
