Incase I-140 got denied

Hi,
My PERM got approved & waiting for I-140.Now a days I see many audits/RFEs for I-140.Incase my 140 got denied, do I need to re-apply PERM or only I-140?

You can file another I140. But make sure you first understand why the I-140 got denied and avoid the same mistake.
