Hello Friends,
Below is my scenario:
* Started my GC with Company A after my H1 was approved in OCT 2011.
* Oct 2011 went to Canada for stamping and got rejected due to multiple layers.
* March 2012 - Came back to US through prime vendor(Company B).
* April 2012 - Company A filed my 140 and got approved with priority date OCT 2011.
I am going back to Company A in 1 month(Where my 140 is cleared) since Company B does not want to file my GC.
Note:
(I am working with same client through out my GC process).
Questions:
1) Will my GC process with Company A still be valid(SInce i moved to Company B even before my 140 was filed with Company A)?
2) Are there going to be any issues with all these transfers(related to 485)?
