Hi,
I have a quick question on I140 approval. I am offered a perm job. My question is, can I switch employer once my I-140 is approved? In doing so, can I get the same priority date without any hassle? Will there be any problem if my current employer revokes the approved I-140? Is there any specific timeline that I need to wait before switching to the new employer?
I am on H1 visa and have enough time. I am totally confused if to take this offer. But your response to the above question will ease up my decision. I really appreciate your help.
