    Is it recommended to file I-140 alone with L1A visa

    Hello,

    I have my L1A visa approved and currently i am in USA.

    My employer is willing to process the GC but they are not ready for paying.

    I will have to pay for the fees.

    Q1. Is it recommended to file I-140 alone first?

    Q2. Can i apply for I-485 after the I-140 is approved?
