i-140 approved .whats next ?

My i-140 status shows approved and on the i-140 approval notice shows priority date as July 24 2013 .My application is under H1B Eb2 category from India
Now whats the next step ?When can I apply for i-485,Advance parole,EAD etc.

My three questions are
(1)What is my advantage of getting my i-140 approved ?
(2)Do I need to ask my employer to initiate next steps or I myself can apply for i-485,Advance parole,EAD ?
(3) My i-140 approval notice shows priority date as July 24 2013 ,when can I apply for i-485,Advance parole,EAD?
(4) Is it possible to apply for i-485,Advance parole,EAD all at the same time ?

You cannot apply for I485 unless your priority date is current. EB2 for India is current for 2004, so you are probably looking at another 10 Years to file I485.

1. You can now extend H1 in batches of 3 Years instead of 1 Year.
2. As I said when priority date is current.
3. In another 10 Years may be.
