Hello, I have below 2 questions - please help
1. I am working with company X since 2011. EB3 I140 has been filed for me, meanwhile I have completed master's from India via distance education (recognized by UGC - my edu is 12+3**(pgdca)+2) in 2014 and want to apply under EB2.
a. Can I apply for EB2 while being with the same employer or do I need to switch to another employer to start EB2? My employer has not paid for any tution and my job role is remaining same.
b. Does my role at employer Three need to be progressive and/or different then role at employer One and two?
c. can i be on same role and file for eb2 for future designation?
2. I worked for Employer One before Employer Two (current employer) and have an approved I140 under EB3 from Company One. Can I use employer One's approved I140 to join employer Three (or) Do I need to have an an approved I140 from Employer Two to join employer Three? Would I be able to use the priority date of E-One with E-three?
