Hi All,
I have a question regarding applying i140.
My visa approved for state 1 till Jan 02, 2014 but due to client change i applied for H1-TM and it went in to RFE (needs to respond by Nov 21st)
In the mean time, my PERM got approved on Sep20th, 2014. My doubt is that if i apply for i140 with the situation of H1-TM is in RFE creates any problems in approving or not.
I need some recommendation/guidance to proceed further.
