Hello:
My spouse and I are now filing for his green card and he has been in this country since 2002 ( he came with a tourist visa ) and is not out of status since 2003 , in section c #2 where it says adress what adress shall we put his address here in America or his adress in his home country (although he has been living in the use sice 2002 till now )
Also section c 15&16 name of employer and date. What shall we put since he works here in the use but for cash and hs is out of stus. Shall I still put his employer ?
