I have 3 questions
1.)
Firm A applies for GC and gets approved I-140. after which I move to Firm B
Firm B also applies for GC and gets approved I-140 (uses old I-140 to port PD)
at this point of time are both the I-140's active ? or only the most current one?
2.) How often do companies revoke I-140 once the employee leaves (i am talking about billion dollar sales companies, not desi consulting firms) -- looking for some statistics if any like 90% revoke or 10% revoke etc...
3.) Is it general practice to ask the HR of the company if they intend to revoke the I-140 if the employee leaves? do big organizations have policies around it?

Eske
