I am an MBA (2 yrs) + 2 Bachelor Degrees (1 in computer science and other in business admin) + 2.5 yrs in India + 5 yrs in US (on H1-B) visa. Do I qualify for EB3? My employer says no but wanted to confirm once again. The experience in India and US are with different companies but same technology (CRM / ERP). Thanks for any help that you can provide.
