    approved 140, cap exempt h1b

    Hello,

    I am in my 5th year of H1B with an approved 140. I have always been on a cap exempt H1B. If I want to change employers now to cap subject company, can I still keep my 140 & PD? will I need to be counted in new H1b quota and wait till oct to start work?
