Job transfer with approved I-140

I've an approved (EB2) I-140 for last 3 years and my priority date is Apr/2011. I've also got my H1B approval extension for 3years which is valid till Dec/2017. I'm planning to change my job from employer A to B. I understood from forum, I can retain my PD, however new employer must process file labour then 140 etc.(pretty my GC process from beginning). So my questions is, what are the chances/possibility of getting your labor & 140 get approve or reject filed by new employer [ B ]. Appreciate your help.
