Changing job after I-140 approval

I have completed 5 years on H1 with company X and have an approved I-140. Can this I-140 with company X be leveraged to get a 3 year H1 if I want to transfer to company Y?

My scenario is fairly similar to the one asked -
- I received H1 Extenstion based on Approved PERM for a 1 year period.
- 2 Months later, now, I received my I-140 approval.

If I switch jobs now, can my new employer secure a 3 year extension while transferring my H1?

Yes but once u get 3 yr ext and u move to company Y you need to start with Perm and I-140 again because the old company will revoke ur I-140 most likely
