Converting EB3 to EB2 with Online Masters Degree from Indian University

Hi All

i am currently on H1b and have 4 years of Bachelors degree & 4 years of work experience & My employer is filing my GC in EB3 category & he said company will upgrade it to EB2 if i complete my masters.

I just want to know that if i complete my MSC online or MBA online from a Indian University. Will USICS consider my online masters degree for EB3 to EB2 upgrade.
