    My I-140 approved but not for wife

    Hi,
    I am in H1B and I-140 approved with PD as Feb 2013 & waiting for 485.My wife is on H1B but didnt start the PERM.
    When 485 becomes current dated, can I file for I-485 without my wife's I-140?
