Hello Experts,
I got my I-140 approved through a Company A and
had to change my employer to Employer B had
applied for my H1b transfer with that I-140 and got new
H1b extn for 3 years (2012 - 2015).
Employer B filed for a PERM in Jun2014 and it got into Audit, in the mean while i found out that my I140 was revoked by employer A.
Can my H1 be extended now ? if not what are my options can i apply for a H1 extension after June 2015 through counselor processing ?
