I've confronted with the following situation and appreciate if someone could help me clear my doubt -
I was working with Company A with an approved Labor (PD set to December 13, 2013) and pending I-140 (filed in Sep, 2014). On January 1, 2015, company A got acquired by company B. Now, company B filed a new I-140 (Successor-in-interest) petition with USCIS and I received the "notice of receipt". The priority date on the "receipt of notice" is February 03, 2015.
Now the PD on the two notices of receipt are different. I'd like to know which priority date USCIS will use in my case?
