Changing employers after I-140 approval

- I have completed my 6 year stay
- I have already received and completed another year extension based on pending PERM.
- Just recently, I received H1 Extenstion based on Approved PERM for a 1 year period.
- 2 Months later, now, I received my I-140 approval.

If I switch jobs now, can my new employer secure a 3 year extension while transferring my H1?
