I-140 revoked by previous employer, on 7th year on H1B. Can I file for H4 EAD for...
My situation as below:-
1. I got H1B extension beyond 6 years based on I-140 with Employer A (now I am with Employer B)
2. I switched to employer B , employer A revoked my I-140, I am on 7th year of my H1B
So in this case can I file for my wife's H4 EAD ?
Based on what ? as I-140 is revoked by employer A.
Please let me know , other forum says yes I can.
