I 140 filed on feb 2nd 2015
Below is my online I 140 status on USCIS website.
On March 12, 2015, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker , Receipt Number L YYYY YYYY XX, because they could not deliver it. This could have a serious effect on your case. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice immediately. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
On March 17th, My attorney had a service request opened at USCIS but no response on it yet. he also checked the address with the USCIS and its correct.
My concerns are:
1. How long would it take for USCIS to respond?
2. Why didn't they update my case status on the website?
3. Is there anything else I can do, rather than just waiting
