Hi,
My education is B.com 3 years (not computer) + MCA 3 years (with computer) from India and it was evaluated from trustforte which is equivalent to USA bachelor degree and apart from that 8 + years of IT experience after MCA.
Company filed perm base on bachelor + 60 months experience and it got approved, now I-140 got filed, but not approved yet.
I wanted to file in Eb3 instead Eb2, but before I talked perm was filed.
I am so tense whether that will approved or denied.
Do I need to worry ?
Please advice! will really appreciate.
