Revoked please help
Hi,
with company A in eb3 I-140 approved and 485 applied . After 4 years pending moved to company B and got approved new I-140 with old priority date on that in eb2 category with same Alien number.
eb2 priority date is current now so lawyer sent interfiling request . Not filed AC21 but now old I-140 withdraw/revoked by old employer as not working with them.
right now what i need to do ?
should i need to apply for AC21 as new 140 approved with old priority date already ?
how the old revoked 140 will affect 485 in negative way ?
please help us / suggest us to go in right path.
