H1B Extension with Withdrawn I140

Hello - am posting this question as I am getting conflicting answers.

Here is my situation:

1. I140 Approved in 2011 by Company AAA
2. Changed employer to Company BBB based on approved I140
3. Currently on H1B by BBB expiring Oct 2015
4. BBB not ready to file new GC
5. AAA withdrew the approved I140
6. Already maxed out no time left on H1B

Current Company BBB going to file extension based on previous I140 which is already withdrawn.
Will I get an extension??
