Hi, MY application was filed in Mar-2010. The LC and I-140 was approved in 2011 itself. My priority date is Jun-2010. I have not completed 6 years on H1 but I left USA in 2011 due to personal reasons and came to back to India. Now my H1 visa has expired. I think my H1 visa need to be applied again. I have below questions.
1. My I-140 is still in approved status as confirmed by my US employer. If I join them again, will my priority date remains same. 2. Will my I-140 remains in approved status and I ave to wait just for priority date to become current to get EAD.
3. How difficult will be to get H1 visa stamped again.
