Hi,
I have filed my I 140 and now my wife's (She is in H4) passport has to be renewed ,
1. Should I change her last name to my last name ? i.e maiden name to married name ? Is there any process of renewing the passport without changing the name ?
2. If the name has to be changed will that effect my I 140 and I 485 process ? should i change in that too ?
Some one please advice .
