I have applied i140 last december (2014) in normal mode and not yet received the approval. my 6 years h1 ends by Oct 2015.
i dont have the receipt# with me to verify the status and have couple of questions and also need some suggestion on how to proceed further.
1. What happens if i140 approval not received before oct 2014? do i need to leave the country?
2. What happens if i140 goes to RFE? do i need to leave the country?
3. does lawyer legally obligated to share the i140 because of my situation?
4. if i convert the normal i140 to premium mode, my employer worries like it may go to RFE. how do i convince them?
what is the best way to proceed further? i dont want to leave the country because of too many commitments. kindly help me.
