    I-140 approved

    Hi,

    My I-140 is approved under EB1A category. I am residing in India. I am waiting for my CP. I have few questions:

    1. How long does it take for the interview to be scheduled?
    2. I have Police clearance Certificate (PCC) from India. Earlier, I have resided in US as a student. Should I get PCC from US also?
    3. Will a job offer from US help avoid visa rejection?
