Hello,
Please advice if it is ok to submit a case inquiry for I-140 application ? My application was submitted in Jan 2015 at TSC. The TSC processing time shows 4 months for I-140, but my case is way passed the processing time frame. I am planning to submit a inquiry and would like to know if it would raise any RFE on my petition and if it would impact adversely.
I checked with my employer regarding "Submission of inquiry" and they tell me its not advised and may invite RFE, is that true ?
Suggestion in this matter are highly appreciated and if anyone has submitted a inquiry, it would be very nice if their experience is shared.
