Hello,
I have approved PERM and I-140 in EB3 with a PD of May 2007.
I applied for PERM with the same company last year in EB2 and got it approved this month. We now have applied I-140 and I-485 concurrently last week.
My question is regarding my H1B. My current H1b expires in March of 2018. The question I have is, if for some reason my I-140 in EB2 gets denied can I use my EB3 approved
I-140 and keep extending my H1b after March of 2018? and wait for the Eb3 dates to hit May of 2007 (not sure how many years it will take ) to apply for my I-485?
Any help is appreciated.
