Multiple EB2 I-140's

Working for employer A ( got PERM and I-140 approved ), planning to do H1 transfer for company B. They will initiate Perm and I-140 using current priority date in same category EB2. If comp A does not cancel the previous I-140
1) Can we use comp A to file my EAD when priority dates are current ?
2) When do we have to join back comp A after getting EAD ?

not answering your issues, but look at situation i got into (other thread) while doing the transfer, so resign from A only when h1 is approved for B
