I have a friend who is in this situation:
He is on H1B, his employer applied for Labor and its approved. During labor application date provided for last day at work for one of his past employer (employer and employment were in India) was incorrect. Now while applying I-140 he is supposed to provide a detailed experience letter which has last day date different from date in Labor application. The difference between these 2 dates is Minor, date in Labor application is 1 month earlier than actual date mentioned in detailed experience letter.
He is worried about getting RFE if he files I-140 with actual detailed experience letter, because end date will be different from Labor certification.
What will be the best way forward ?
